The Guarantee:
Every effort has been made to assure that our puppies are healthy and congenitally sound at the time of sale. All pups are guaranteed to three
full years of age against all life threatening or life shortening, severely debilitating, congenital defects such as hip/elbow dysplasia, heart
murmurs, skeletal abnormalities, Grade 3 or 4 Luxating Patella, glaucoma, and cataracts. All pups have been vaccinated with at least one in a
necessary series of three sets, guaranteeing them for a full seven days against Parvo, distemper, hepatitis, and influenza, and have been
given deworming medication. As well as have been vet checked and altered unless otherwise stated, or agreed upon. All pups are adopted
strictly as pets and must be altered, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. This prevents improper breeding practices as well as protects
the future health of your puppy, as studies prove that over 85% of unaltered dogs get cancer. NOT covered in our guarantee are as follows,
show quality, size, Grade 1 or 2 Luxating Patella (does not require surgery), coat texture or color, temperament around taunting humans, or
adaptability. Also NOT covered: illness or injury that may occur after the pup leaves our premise (with the exception of the above 7 day virus
guarantee) which includes pneumonia, colds, or any other airborne, water-laden, contact communicable or ground transferred disease, or
injury from falls, cars, unattended children, drowning, poisoning, parasites, bacteria or other acts of God.
To VALIDATE this guarantee the adopter understands and agrees to the following: 1. Take said pup to a licensed vet of their choice, at their
own expense, within three business days of adoption (pup going home). 2. Avoid unknown environments such as Parks, pet stores, etc. until all
three sets of vaccines have been given to the pup to provide the best protection from viruses. 3. Follow the Vet instructions regarding basic
health care for the puppy. 4. Feed the puppy a good quality food such as Eukanuba, Avoderm, or Vet recommended to provide optimum
growth and development. 5. Where puppies are sent home prior to spay/neuter, the adopter will have the animal spayed/neutered before the
animals 6 month birthday. Proof of the spay/neuter and the date done must be sent to the breeder. 6. Contact us with any questions or
concerns. Should the Vet find said pup to be unsound, it must be verified by Vet in writing and returned immediately to our custody. At which
time it will be replaced by another pup of another available litter or the purchaser may wait on a future pup. If, during the three year guarantee
period, the animal is found to have a severely debilitating congenital defect, the Vet must verify, in writing, that the condition is such to severely
impact the pup’s quality of life. Said pup will be replaced with another pup of equal adoption fee from the next available litter or adopter will be
refunded the adoption fee. Any Vet fees associated with the adopters’ care of the pup will NOT be reimbursed.
If at any time during the dog’s life and in any condition (if adopter decides not to keep the dog) they agree to return he or she to our custody,
without any reimbursement of funds adopter has spent on the animal, to live out his or her natural life, unless a Veterinarian deems the animal
should be euthanized. IN OTHER WORDS, WE NEVER WANT TO SEE AN ANIMAL WE PRODUCED, GOING TO A SHELTER, OR
DESTROYED BECAUSE OF CIRCUMSTANCE WHERE AN ADOPTER CANNOT KEEP IT. A copy of this will be signed and dated by both
parties to complete the purchase process.
