Deposits are non-refundable
Balance is due when the puppy is delivered, or is due before the puppy is shipped
Puppies must be spayed/neutered by six (6) months of age to validate the health
guarantee We offer reduced cost spays and neuters (done through our vet).
Delivery must be arranged by the estimated ready date We don't mind keeping the
puppy a little longer but arrangements must be made first. We will make all efforts
(phone calls, e-mails, letters) to try and contact you, but if we don't hear from you
within one week (7 days) after the ready date, we will consider the adoption
agreement voided. The puppy will be made available to someone else and your
deposit will not be refunded.
Air shipment is possible with some limitations. This is in addition to the price of the
puppy. Please check with the breeder for pricing and availability of air shipment.
Size cannot be guaranteed We can only make an educated guess as to the final adult
size of a puppy. Usually a puppy will fall somewhere in between the sizes of the
parents, but this is not always true!!
Deposits Until an agreement is made on the payment of the deposit of a puppy,
he/she is still available for adoption by someone else. Deposits sent by mail will put a
puppy on "Adoption Pending" status for five (5) business days. We recommend
deposits mailed in be mailed with delivery confirmation.
